Annual Electrical Maintenance for Strata Buildings
RST Electrical Group provides annual strata electrical maintenance for councils and property managers in Vancouver and Metro Vancouver. Scheduled visits help identify electrical issues in common areas and support maintenance planning, with documented findings and recommendations for your building.
Preventive Maintenance Plan — From $1,200/year + GST
Our Preventive Maintenance Plan includes:
• Two scheduled visits per year
• Up to two electrician hours per visit
• Checks of accessible common-area electrical equipment, lighting and exit signs within the agreed scope
• A photo report with findings and maintenance recommendations
Plans start from $1,200 per year plus GST, subject to a property assessment. The inspection scope is agreed before enrolment.
Repairs, materials, permits, additional labour, emergency call-outs and specialized testing are charged separately.
